Henry Fingleton, Owner and director of Pro ski training, briefly outlines the companys philosophy and approach to providing outstanding quality of service to clients.

Hi there, Henry Fingleton here and I’d like three minutes of your time to explain why I think Pro Ski Training is the “Stand Alone” GAP course provider anywhere in the world.

My aim is to deliver total quality. We are a family run company and demonstrate full commitment to ensuring clients receive the best possible service, support and value. Last season 100% of our, Ski GAP Year and Mini GAP, clients passed their ski instructors certification courses fully. There were no partial passes.

So why is this? Well, we only use the most qualified trainers in the resort. In most cases our trainers have a minimum of 10 years ski teaching experience. They are experienced ski instructor examiners who demonstrate excellent communication skills, have an unbridled passion for the sport and for helping clients to achieve their goal of becoming qualified ski instructors.

I take a close personal interest in the service provided to our clients within the ski resorts, and on a full-time basis, as on-site resort manager in Soldeu.
